How often do DO Electrodes need to be replaced?

With proper maintenance and regular membrane and electrolyte replacement, a high-quality DO Electrode can last several years. However, if the internal anode/cathode becomes heavily oxidized or physically damaged, the probe will fail to hold calibration and must be entirely replaced to ensure accurate oxygen readings.
